Light Rail Stage 2A (LRS2A) will extend the light rail system from Alinga Street to Commonwealth Park. The 1.7km extension will follow along London Circuit West.

Services provided:

  • Commercial management and advisory.

  • Third party interface and project management.

  • Project definition and strategic delivery advisory.

Key services our personnel provided:

  • Managed the successful procurement of the Light Rail Stage 2A PPP in a sole source negotiation process, driving value for money outcomes.

  • Assisted with the development of the contract documentation structure to augment the existing PPP, commercial principles and bespoke regimes for key projects risks.

  • Prepared and managed the transaction program, processes, plans and reports.

  • Designed and managed structure and content of transaction documents.

  • Developed contract and technical workshops to support training and transition from procurement to delivery.

  • Supported the finalisation of post-close activities including resolution of residual matters, preparation of contract registers/contract redactions, and development of project summary documentation.

  • Working as part of the integrated project team to manage the delivery of the project including providing commercial, third party interface, and project management support.
